Sweet Corn Chaat

Ingredient
1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp cumin seed
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp freshly crushed freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)

Method
1] Heat the oil on a non-stick tava (griddle), add cumin seed and onions and fry for a while.
2] Add the green chillies, tomato and capsicum and fry again for 2 to 3 min.
3] Add all the other remaining ingredients, mix well and sauté for some time.
4] Serve hot garnished with coriander.
