1]1/3 cup chopped onion
2]1/3 cup chopped capsicum
3]1/2 cup grated cheese
4]salt and black paper (to taste)
5]bread slice 12 to 15
6]oil for frying balls
Recipe 1]Take 1 tbsp oil in pan put it on medium flame and put onion and capsicum in it and roasted it till it become soft.
2]cool the ready mixture than mix cheese ,salt and black paper in it and mix it with light hand.
3]cut the bread corner than take one bread, deep it in water than put the bread between hand and press it to remove water.pour ready batter in bread and cover it to make ball.repeate this in method with all breads.
4]take pan pour oil for deep frying cheese ball ,frying ball till it become brown.
5]Cheese balls are ready ,serve it with tomato sauce.
