 with Multani Tikka

Ingredients:(for 3 Persons)


1]1cup hung curd
2]800 gram paneer (16pices of tikka{2*2*1}

3]30gram green chilli
4]2 medium size onion

5]1tbsp rice flour
6]1tsp red chillipowder
7]1/8tsp nutmeg powder
8]1/8tsp cardamom powder
9]salt to taste
10]6tbsp cream
11]1 big pinch of tandoori kabab masala

Method:



1]Take bowl and put curd and mix it to make smooth paste.
2]Put rice flour into it and mix it well.
3]Put all the remaining ingredient expect cream and tondoori masala and mix again for smooth batter.
4]Coat a cream on paneer cube.
5]Coat a paneer and onion slices with ready batter,put paneer and onion on plate and pour remaing batter on it.
6]Put the plate into refrigrator for 30 min.
7]For skewering:skewer paneer cube and onion slice ulternately and keep a tray underneath so that if it falls it, falls in tray.
8]Roast in moderately hot tandoor for 5-6 min,in preheated oven for 10-12 min at 275 degree fahrenheit.
9]Unskewer onion and paneer,arrange on platter,sprinkle a pinch of tandoori masala on it and serve hot.
