Raw Mango Punch

Raw mango punch is a popular tangy summer cooler. Green mango panna or aam panna is a great remedy for heat stroke and dehydration. It is packed with vitamins too.


Ingredients
2 large sized raw mangoes
1 tblsp Mint leaves (pudina patta
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp crushed black pepper
black salt (sanchal) to taste
a pinch of asafoetida (hing)
1/4 cup sugar


Method
1] Take mango,peel and chop them into small piece
2] Put chopped mangoes,mint leaves and 2 tbsp water in grinder and grind them,till make paste and strain the pulp in bowl.
3] Add cumin powder,black pepper, black salt, asafeotida and sugar.
4] Mix well till sugar is dissolved.
5] Divide the mixture into four tall glasses, fill it up with chilled water.
6] Stir well and serve.
