Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich

Ingredients:
1 cup - American corn (boiled)
1 1/2 cup - garlic mayonnaise
14 slices - fresh bread
50 gms - butter
1/4 cup -cabbage (finely chopped)
1 - small capsicum (very finely chopped)
1 - small tomato ( very finely chopped)
pepper to taste
salt to taste

Method
1] In a bowl mix together corn, mayonnaise, capsicum,cabbage, tomato, salt and pepper.
2] Mix well. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.
3] Trim the sides of the bread.
4] Apply butter on all the slices.
5] Place 2 tbsp of the ready mayonnaise mixture in the centre of a bread slice and evenly spread it.
6] Place another buttered slice on top.
7] Gently cut the sandwich diagnolly into two halves.
8] Repeat with remaining slices of bread.
9] Serve with tomato ketchup.
