Grated Corn Fry

Ingredient
3 tsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
a pinch of asafoetida (hing)
2 corn (makai ke dane) cobs , grated
1 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
10 curry leaves (kadi patta)
2 green chillies , chopped
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp suger
1 tsp chickpea flour
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
1tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup milk

Method
1] Heat the oil in a broad pan, add the cumin seeds and when the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida, curry leaves and green chillies, mix well and saute for a few seconds.
2] Add the corn , ginger paste,milk , mix well and saute for 1 minute.
3] Add the red chilli powder, sugar, salt , garam masala and chickpea flour, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
4] Add the coriander, mix well and cook, while stirring continuously, till the mixture becomes granulated (approx.10-12 min)
5] Remove from the flame,than add lemon juice and serve it hot.
