Bread Dahi Vada

Ingredient
Bread (white or brown): 6 slices
Yoghurt: 1 cup
Sugar: 2tsp
Chilli powder: 1tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2tsp (roasted)
Chaat masala: 1tsp
Sweet tamarind chutney: 2tsp
Green coriander chutney: 2tsp
Coriander leaves: To garnish
Salt to taste

Method
1]In a bowl add the sweet yogurt and whisk.
2]In another bowl add cold water and soak the brown bread slices and squeeze it into a round shape.
3]Coat the round shaped bread with the sweet yogurt and keep on a plate. Make some more.
4]Once plated, pour the leftover sweet yogurt over it.
5]Sprinkle chaat masala, red chilli powder,cumin seed and black salt over it.
6]Add green chutney and tamarind chutney on the vadas’ and garnish with coriander sprigs.
7]Bread Dahi Vada is ready to eat.
