Instant Veggiee Utappam

Ingredient

1]1 1/2 cup Idli mix
2]1 cup Suji(semolina)
3]1 Tomato finely chopped
4]1 Onion finely chopped
5]1 tsp Chopped Green chilly
6]100 gram cabbage finely chopped
7]10-15 Chopped Curry Leaves(mitha neem)
8]1 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
9]1 tsp Salt(or to taste)
10]1 tbsp Cumin
11]1 tbsp Spleen(tilli)
12]4-5 tbsp Oil
13]3-4 Cup Water
14]1/4 tsp soda


Receipe

1]Take bowl,put idli mix,suji,tomato,onion,cabbage,green chilly,soda, salt and red chilly(to taste).
2]Pour water in it to make batter like cake,put it for 10-15 min.
3]Put pan at low flame ,pour 1/2 tbsp oil after few second put cumin,spleen(tilli)and curry leaves in it,then pour 2 tbsp ready batter in it and cover it with plate,bake it from both side till it become light brown.
4]Follow step 3 with remaining batter.
5]Now serve hot veggiee utappam with tomato sauce.
