Easy healthy sweet

Ingredient

1]100 gram of dates(khajur)
2]1 tbsp almonds(finely chopped)
3]1 tbsp poppy seed
4]1 tbsp coconut powder
5]1 tbsp ghee
6]1/2 tbsp cashew nuts(finely chopped)
7]foil sheet

Method
1]Take dates ,remove its seed and chopped finely.
2]Take pan put it on low flame pour ghee,after 2 min put poppy seed,coconut powder and fry for 2 min than put dates in it and fry it for 5-10 min till it become mushy.
3]Pour the ready batter on flat surface and flapping it with hand to make flat round shape,spread nuts on it and make tight fold and roll with grease hands and coat poppy seed on its upper side.
4]Now ready roll is cover with silver foil and put it in freeze for 30 min.
5]After 30 min cut the roll in 1/2 inch thick round.
6]Now tasty healthy khajur roll is ready.
