Masala potato karanji

1]2 Large potato (boiled,pilled&grated)
2]3 White bread(cut edges)
(put in bowl and pour water for 1/2 min remove water and make dough)
3]2 tsp finely chopped ginger
4]2 tsp finely chopped garlic
5]1/2 tsp cardamom powder
6]2 tsp Red chilly powder
7]1 tsp Chopped green chilly
8]3 tbsp Corn flour
9]5-6 tbsp Oil
10]1 tbsp Raisins(kishmish)
11]1 tbsp Cashewnuts finely chopped
12]1 tbsp Almonds
15]1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
16]2 tbsp salt (or to taste)
17] 1/2 tsp Chat masala
18]15-20 chopped mint leaves
1]For pueri :Take bowl put tomato ,onion ,1 tsp ginger,1 tsp garlic put into mixer and make paste.
2]Take pane pour 1 tbsp oil and put on low flame for 5 sec than put ready paste in it,and roasted it till it left oil than put 1 tsp red chilly,1/2 tsp chopped green chilly,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,half tsp salt (or to taste)and mix it on flame for 5 min.
3]For dough :Take mashed potato ,mashed bread,1/2 tsp ginger,1/2 tsp garlic,1 tsp red chilly,1/2 tsp green chilly,1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)and mix it to make dough.
4]For filling:Take bowl put 1 tbsp almonds,1 tbsp cashew nuts,1 tbsp raisins ,ready pueri and mix it and put some salt and chopped mint leaves again mix it.
5]For making potato karanji take 30 gram dough ball make flat oval shape and put 1 tbsp filling on it and again take 30 gram oval balls and cover on it.Join both ovals with finger than it look like kachori.
6]Take pane and put 4-5 tbsp oil and put it on medium flame and shaLlow fry from both side unready masala potato karanji till it become light brown.
7]Now masala potato karanji is ready serve it with tomato sauce.
